Rowan Hodge career and expertise
Rowan Hodge is an award winning retail and franchise leader, with over 30 years experience growing and transforming businesses in three continents. He has led the entry into new states and markets, introduced new multi-channel retail revenues, overhauled brand strategies, and led digital and other industry leading innovations in Australia, Asia and Europe. His career includes over a decade as a high performing and innovative CEO with sustained 10% CAGR, and he Chaired the Australian Retailers Association during the biggest turnaround in culture, leadership and performance in that Organisation's 120 year history.
Rowan has held Senior Executive roles with Sheraton Hotels, Domino's, Corporate Travel Management, Quest Serviced Apartments, Battery World Australia and Andersens Floor Coverings. He has also consulted for Jewellers, Restaurants, Wine Makers, Furniture Chains, Industry Associations, and on Asset Management to Rio Tinto and BHP.
Rowan has degrees in Law and Business, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is certified in Project Management and is an accredited AI Expert with SectionAI in the USA, and Co-Founder of SortedHQ, a market leader in AI for Small to Medium sized businesses. His awards include, 2018 EFTPOS Franchise Chain of the Year; 2018 PRONTO Retail Innovator of the Year; and Runner up in the 2024 Sustainability Leadership Awards for Project Green responsible for sponsoring 400,000 tree plantings in 60 countries.
